Dear Sir, I had purchased[protected]size 8) on 1st July 2014 from R-Mall, Mulund (West) Bata Shop costing Rs.999/-. It got damaged, so I visited the said Shop on 11th October 2014. I was told that the above sandles are beyond repairs. I therefore, request you to kindly settle the same. I went to Bata Shop R mall Mulund (W) with my damaged sandles on 11.10.2014. Mr Anis, a polite and well spoken personality explained me the procedure. Accordingly, I lodged a complaint on Bata website. I received a reply on 16.10.2014. I went to Bata shop on same day with a copy of reply. I got the full free replacement of my sandles. I got very good service in the Bata shop as well as from Nitesh Ajmera, Customer Service Department, Bata India Ltd.
