[Resolved] Bata India — poor quality of the product | |||
I have purchased a bata shue on 16/09/18 worth rs.1699/- And its transation number was[protected]. But it is completely damaged even though it was regular used. Its out sole and plain toe were separated in a short period. While i contact the bata show room, karamana, trivandrum, kerala they told that they will not provide the warranty without the bill. My bill were lost. But my purchase date, mobile number and transaction number all are kept in the show room. But that people not co operating for giving warranty and they wants cash for service.
