It is very surprising experience from bata that my greivence is not being resolved instead of constant follow up.
I purchased an article on 25th December 2016 from mall of india Noida.
The article is suppose to come with a warranty of 90 days. By the time 2 months us over shoes sole and structure started separating .
I visited one of the store in gurgaon and they asked me to register complaint on a toll free number. My complaint got registered on 20th march 2017 with complaint no. 865406. I was informed that it will take 3 days to resolve my complaint. I made a follow up call on 23rd march 2017 and I was informed that the THAT is not over and resolution is in process. I again made a follow up call on 24th March expecting that my complaint would have been resolved but I was informed that it is still in process and I have to wait for one more day.
Till date I have not received any email or message from the company regarding my complaint. On 25th March I.e today since 10 am I am trying to call on the number but it is going unanswered.
The shoes which I bought is deteriorating day by day.
Bata was recommended by my friend and this was my first experience with bata which I am going to consider as the last one because from the product quality to the customer service quality I have not received any gesture to keep them high when it comes to service.
I don't know how serious you are going to take my written complaint still with some hopes I am writing. Was this information helpful? |
Better you may go and register a complaint in consumer court if your problems not resolved..
