[Resolved] Bata India — scholl sandals

A 2 month old pair of scholls has developed a tear in the toe strap, without any stress on it. The metal logo has fallen off. I have been buying this brand for several years now - as they are so comfortable, but i notice a steady drop in quality - the threads binding the sole to the cushion frays very quickly, the leather sole starts lifting up at the edges, the leather shreds at the heel even with regular use of polish. Paying rs 2000 for a quality pair of footwear is acceptable - but not if i have to discard it in two to three months. If i do not get a satisfactory response (Replacement/repair) to this complaint, i will not be using this product again. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
