[Resolved]  Bata India — voucher redeemed but purchase not made

Sir,
It is stated that i get a voucher of bata from sbi credit card rs.500/- and i given voucher your employee in bata store, sitabuldi, nagpur, i choose discounted shoos they check my voucher on line and says that voucher is not allowed for discounted shoos but my voucher redeemed but purchase cancelled please look in to the matter and reverse the same.
