[Resolved]  BBMP — garbage collection is not happening properly in your locality

Hi team,

I reside at #13, harishree, 3rd main b-block, vinayaka nagar, murgeshpalya, vimanpura post, bangalore-560017.
I have a severe complaint against garbage collection department as garbage collection is not happening properly in our locality. Wet waste is being collected once in a week and it's been more than 15 days dry waste have not been collected. This makes our locality look pathetic and unhygienic. Being working professionals we keep the garbage bins at the main entrance of our building before leaving for our respective works, and see no difference when we come back in evening. Earlier we were getting chance to communicate with garbage collectors over the weekends, but from last 2 weeks even that is not happening. They come once in a week (Any random day) and would just collect wet waste. If by chance any one o[censored]s at home and get chance to question them for not collecting dry waste, they just give reason that they are gonna collect the same in sometime on the same day and they never show up.
I really want to understand is there anything we are supposed to do? As instructed, we keep wet and dry waste in separate bins.
I request you take action against this issue because i believe hygiene is the utmost thing required for an individual, society and the city.
