BBMP — Garbage not cleaned

Hello,

We are staying in Muneshwara Layout, Manorayana Palya (OPP) Kateramma, there are always garbage in front of our house and also bear bottles are thrown there. Everyday BBMP person comes to collect the garbage in our residential area, however he doesn't clean the garbage and takes the bottles. its been lying there since almost 3 to 4 days.

Your earliest action would be highly appreciated.

And also, there is always a car parked in front our house, we we talk to the person to move the car, he comes to fight. When we ask him to park the car in front of his house, he says he can't park there.
and the place where I park is not your fathers place, keep your mouth shut, he says, he doesn't have any decency in talking, Request your help in this also.
