BBMP — Property tax - RECEIPT not generated - 2016-17 and couldn't pay online for 17-18

Made the full payment of Rs. 4328 using CITI BANK Credit CARD on June 30 2016 and the same is debited (I hold the copy of the Bank Statementclearly mentioning "BBMP360IN"). Complained to BBMP twice in the year 2016. Still unable to generate the receipt online.
Now when attempted to make payment for 2017-18, BBMP system is prompting for payment towards 16-17.

In BBMP website, Grievance column also not working now.

Kindly help me out at the earliest

I am facing the same problem. I have logged multiple complaints and even visited the Joint Commissioner's office last month but they have not resolved this issue.

This is not simple issue .. Same happened with me . and I'm running around bbmp office like everyday.
Issue with multiple payments and receipt generation ..

Online BBMP Property Tax website is a scam. I paid property tax twice this year due to ### service by the portal. But both times receipt is not generated. When I tried to call HELPLINE, they coolly advised me to visit BBMP office. I don't have any trust on government officials, not sure how it can be resolved. Losing hope. Doesn't deserve a single star also...

Same thing happened to me and just running around bbmp offices with receipts and payments statements. Now the system is asking to pay interest for amount already paid. Even after multiple complaints the issue is not resolved.
