Bcece — not refunding extra deducted money | |||||
Sir, I have applied application to bcece online and paid my application fee through net banking. But due some reasons my payment failed due to server error which was done on 29th march 2018, and amount rs 1020.06 deducted from my bank account. A mail regarding this is sent to me in which it is written that my deducted amount will be returned within 7-10 days and to make a fresh payment. So i paid the application fee again on 6th april 2018. But till now i haven't got my extra deducted money back. During this period i also approached my bank but they said that they have made the payment success and to consult the merchant. Then i also called bcece but their answers are not satisfactory, they always extending the dates. Therefore i request you look into this matter and solve as soon as possible. My gen. rank is seven thousent t approx and bc rank rank is three thousent and i aiso belong economicali backward. dispite of that i have not alloted any seat in second round engineering. plese tell what is cause behind it and third round allotment process. be fast plese sir
