Be Safe Kit — be safe kit besafekit where their customers are not safe

Placed order on besafekit in april' 20 but even after 3 months order is not received. I sent many mails to besafekit support but no reply till now neither refund nor order received.

I placed a request for refund on 1st june vide request #6550 for order #4217 which was submitted successfully but till now i haven't received the refund.

My order ref is #4217 dated april 10, 2020

Please help me to get the refund on priority.
