Be Safe Kit — Product not delivered and not refund money

Dear sir
i had ordered a sanitize from be safe kit on April09 2020 and i had pay 600/-
then they didn't delivered the product and i cancelled it, then i request for refund. But up to now there is no refund happened

I mailed them but there is no reply. Kindly please help me for refunding the money

2700/- by this fake company. They were not answering our letters or not refunded the money.
