Be U Salons — refusal to refund double charges for one service provided | |||||
Employees at be u salon, sector 15, gurgaon delivered beauty services on sunday, 15th march, 2020 requested by me. However, due to a glitch in their system they cancelled my appointment booked online. They then 'assured' me that i will receive a refund on these services and urged me to pay again which i did. It has been almost a month and till date my amount has not been refunded. I paid online on their app 'be u salons' using my american express credit card via their payment gateway partner 'razorpay'.
