Be10x — Refund not initiated after multiple emails and follow up

This is to bring to your kind attention that I had enrolled for the be10x course on June 9th 2024 by paying through UPI to Mad About Sports OPC Pvt Ltd
an amount of Rs 7198. However I am unable to pursue the course due to health issues.
