[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — act fiber team is not at all responding after amount has been paid | |||
I have opted for a new connection and i have paid for 6 months package of rs.3245, he (Sales executive-pavan) said, installation will get completed within 4 days. He said, act company is working only on 6 months package. So, i have paid the amount: 3245/-rs. Till now, nobody contacted me for new installation and the sales person (Pavan - contact number [protected]) is not at all picking my calls, i called him 25 times, and message him in whatsapp, no response. His behavior is very bad and contacted customer care, but they are not at all responding properly, their answer is you need to contact the sales executive. So i raised ticket to refund my money, they even did not respond with sr number and disconnected my call, it happen's 4 times and i have not heard anything since then. I don't understand, why these people are playing with people urgency need. They are making money with our need and cheating us. Please help me on this issue asap. Was this information helpful? | |||

ACT team came directly to my house and they have installed the new connection.
