ACT Fibernet — act fibernet not refunding my deposit amount post address change and connection closed on their request

I had to shift to a new house and i called up act and asked for relocation of my existing act broadband account (Which was used for around 9 months and extra 3 months were already paid as i took the plan of 6 months, the act person told me after confirming that since they do not serve in the new area customer has to raise disconnection request and then after disconnection my deposited amount will be refunded to my bank details (I had 3 months fee deposited already).
I had already my renewal till oct 15th 2019 - may 14th 2019 (6 months+1 month free).

As per act person, i raised disconnection request and after few days i got mail from them asking for my bank details to initiate the refund process.
I provided them all the details they asked for. They promised on call that i will get the refund within 7 business days.

After 2 weeks also, i didnt get any refund, so i called them again asking for the status.
The act lady picked up and talked in a very rudely way and saying that i will not get any refund and giving lame excuses that that gave me router. While the router picture does not apply in this case. I asked her to handover the call to her lead, she disconnected the call while i was talking.

What an abrupt behaviour is this?

Even after this, i dropped several mails to the concerned act team and called their customer care lot many times and i had to explainmy case repeatedly to all of them several times clearly to the representatives.

But every time, different male reasons they give which are not even applicable to my account or they hang the phone call knowingly while i am still speaking to them.

Being in same company, each person explains their own rules which doent even match and playing games with customers.
It had been 1 month now, no progress or calls are in place. I need the refund to be processed asap.

This is my hard earned money, i cannot let this act broadband cheat and go away like this.
This is not the way to cheat the customers hard earned money.

I need the refund of my deposited amount asap. This is such a ridiculous behavior act is behaving in.

Is the ACT team going to take action and initiate the refund process and make sure that I get the refund ?

Why is this taking this long time ? Nobody is taking action on this complaint...
