Below are the ticket details that i have been raising since the month of aug-2018 and the issue still remain unresolved even after assurance provided by you on 12th dec.
Issue - power discount has not been provided for 16 months (From july 2017 to oct 2018)

Also, i have been charged for late fee payment on the incorrect invoice sent in last 2 months. This is not fair!
It's so frustrating that customer support is not equipped to help and the team responsible has not taken the corrective action.
Everytime a ticket has been opened for this issue has been closed without consent and fixing the issue. I've tried calling the contact number of a nodal officer like 100 times but its always busy.

I want to disconnect act fibernet account.
I have raised request for shifting my network on Dec-1st but till today, I haven't received any update.
After so many calls and mails it was not addressed yet so I have decided to leave the network. Please Deactivate the account.
