Please note my internet connection has been down for the past one month. I have raised complaint repeatedly through your Call support and through your APP

SR[protected] Dated 7th Aug Reopned on 8th Aug and Again as it was closed by your service personnel and closed by him again.
After this your Service person told me that they cannot Find a CX box in my area and suggested I have to pay 2200/- for a GX box or have to install a CX box in my Permise.

I have taken 6 month plan in ACT and disconnected ACT due to non feasibility of connection in my new area on July, however an amount of RS.4086 have been confirmed as my refund by ACT person(don know the name), it has been more than 45 days but still I didn't receive the payment. And the refund which they promised is getting reduced monthly in my ACT account and same didn't get credited to my account too.. am wondering what is happening and no clear explanation from customer support. CAN ANY ONE EXPLAIN WHAT IS HAPPENING?...

I have applied for connection last week. They promised 48hours installation. They promptly came and collected around Rs 1800/- for installation. So far, they have not activated it yet. It has been a week. Daily I call and email them multiple times but to no avail. Please help me with this.
The mental harassment is unbearable.

We applied for new connection 10 days ago, executives form act fibernet came to our office and collected the documents and payment for 6 moths, they said they will provide us the connection in 48 hours, on person came to us next day and said there is a box problem and a new box has to be set for this. He said another team will come and set up the new box. He said the process will be completed in 4 days, as there are holidays including bakrid festival, on 13 th august onward we have been waiting till today, no body called us, no body visited our office to provide us the connection, we started calling...

Act — regarding 4k streaming device delivery

I have purchased the recently introduced 4K streaming device from ACT on August 3rd for Rs.1500. They have not delivered the product yet and the customer care does not have any update on that. Every time I call the customer care they say that they will escalate it and sometimes they say I will get a call back. But I never get an update or call back. I am following with Customer care from 8th onwards and is of no use....

Hi all, we have paid the amount of 1091.33 on friday for activating the services. The amount is debited from our account.

But none of the channels are activated until now. We had registered a complaint on friday itself the complaint number is [protected] and have spoke two times in two days.

Even spoken to there escalation contact vijay but no solution neither the service is activated. This is repeating with us.

Act is totally fraud company and are cheating customers. Please help us in getting justice....

My account id is[protected]. I have raised a shifting request on 8th Aug 2019, and promised that it will take 3 to 7 days for this.. It's almost 10 days and still activation is not done yet.. Fiber connection box fitting and Internet connection are done but still no activation.
I called to customer care and the call center is always busy.. I have called so many times to the person who gave connection to us, he even not lifting my call. I have paid pe paid amount upto 6 months when we requested for a new connection. Still don't know about how to proceed if I don't want this type of brondband...

Act Fibernet — act fibernet has taken 6 months advance but not giving connection

I have paid 6 months advance on 2nd august 2019 for an internet connection. After that the agent is not responding to my phone calls and whats app messages. When i call customer care, they said they will resolve the issue within 24 hours every time i call but no action is taken so far. They are simply cheating the customers and stealing money and wasting our valuable time....

My internet is down since two weeks. I have opened an sr. They fix it temporarliy which will work for 15mins and gets disconnected and they will close the sr. I reopen the sr and the cycle continues, this has been happening since two weeks. I requested compensation for 2weeks down time (Still down), they gave 180rs, for the monthly bill i pay, i am supposed to get 600rs.

1) they don't fix the issue.
2) they don't give the compensation for down time.
3) now when i try to disconnect, i can't even reach the customer care number, after kept on hold for 15-20mins,...

I’ve activated my connection at my new place by paying the amount on 22.07.2019. They asked to wait for a day, later asked to wait for 10 days. It’s been so many days now and i don’t have internet inspite of paying. They’re not even responding on calls. They are just insisting me on waiting more. It’s almost a month now since i’ve paid the amount. Please help....

Act Fibernet — account disconnection issues

Act fibernet sucks big time without any proper connectivity to the end users. I got frustrated following up with customer care to get the connection resumed, instead i decided to end the connection with a such poor service. Even after informing to customer care to disconnect the connection, which they have not done and i get repeated calls from bill section to the pay the due amount for the month. Billing section such a worst creature they don't even listen to customer about the problem, instead they just demand to pay the bill even though the issue on their side.. Such a worst internet service...

Act Fibernet — very poor service and no internet from more then 48 hours

I have act fiber connection having a fast connection speed
But the internet pops an error everytime " no internet access and everytime i raise a complaint, it will be immedialtely closed without any updates. The connection drops very frequently and when its up its dead slow. My mobile data works faster than act.
Whenever we call they say its fiber optic cable it will resolved asap. But never they turn up and their service is pathetic, i never ever recommend act to any business users.

We have store and all my machines has been centralized, i cant use any and cant operate...

My name is nikhil muthazhahan. My mobile number is [protected]. I registered for a new act connection on 2nd august, and all the wiring has been done. Activation has been pending for 6 days now.

I've been actively following up everyday with act support. 5 different support people said it'd be done in the next few hours, but nothing has been done.

Please look into this, because i'm thinking of just getting a refund and switching providers. Activation of a connection shouldn't be such a issue, but this severe lack of response is purely unacceptable

Sir i have been facing problem with act fibernet since a long time the are not even responsible to tell me a answer. Even their costumer care is not responding please do something. This is frustrating me a lot. They don’t even know how to respond to the costumers. This is not the way how to maintain their service. I see many people in my area are facing this problem...

Again on saturday afternoon net gone till not net is not coming n no response from act fiber team, who will pay money for 5 days i used net only two days....

User id[protected], even though several complaints made and call made to customer care, only thing i get is will be sorted as early as possible. It never happened. They are ready to give new connection in 24 hours, shifting means they are not bothered. I have already paid for six months, if i delay to pay one day also they will cut the connection. So who will compensate for delay from your side.
I m clearly making my point act beam people are only worried about getting new connections and calling for pending payments, they won't bother about existing customers who already paid looking...

Hello this is gowtham. We had used act fibrenet (Mobile no. [protected]) in nunagambakkam area, chennai for few days in january but being not much satisfied with the speed and service in our area we have requested for disconnection which was done after many requests and modem collected later on after many reminders from our side. Multiple tokens have been raised for refund but nothing has been acted upon. My request to you is to take this as my request for refund and ensure that the refund is done as soon as possible. It have been very frustrating for the past couple of months that i am not able to reach the customer service of act fibernet. Their internet connectivity has been degrading over time, and they keep expanding to new cities, without even upgrading their customer service. If you call their customer service number +91-[protected], your queue would be over 30+ and then by the time you reach a single digit number in the queue, it will be over 10 minutes, and the phone gets disconnected. Therefore, there is literally no way to get in touch with the customer care people.

Booked for a connection 5days back. 1st they said 24hrs to provide the new connection. After 24hrs customer care lady said the issue will get resolved in next 24hrs. Called them after 2days again they said this issue will get resolved in next 24hrs. Still waiting for connection and the sales agent srinivas who took money for new connection is not even answering the calls after payment...
