I made an order for broadband installation on 19th march 2020. But i haven't received the connection yet. I tried to contact the agent but he is not answering the call and i tried to contact his team lead prem t. Nagar branch and he is not helpful as well. He is not giving important to consumer. What i request is to provide a connect at the earliest.
