ACT Fibernet — connecting and asking bill payment even though paid all dues and disconnected | |||
From last one and half month i had request every one called me from ACT for disconnection. Everyone said they are updating and it will be disconnected. But no one did. Later they started calling 5-10 times a day asking for bill payment even though we are not staying at connection location. I updated same to every one but no luck. Finally just to get rid of call paid all dues what ever it was showing and informed customer care person to disconnect. For safer side sent Mail to customer care as well. after 20 days they closed ticket. But no update on resolution. Today i got message saying Thanks for reconnection and pay the bill. I just want to know y should i pay the bill just again again for connection which should be disconnected and nobody staying. They have worst customer care ever.
