[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — connection/service problem | |||||
We raised a request for relocation on 13th november 2019, opted 3 months package and paid for the same. Not given the connection till now, we called the customer care more than 20 tumes. No one is taking responsible for the connection, everytime when we call them the same answer from the executives that they are escalating to next level. Till now no one is reached us. Finally we asked to refund the amount which we have paid.in that case also no response from them. Really frustrating. Please take action Was this information helpful? | |||||
