I initiated reconnection of my act connection (Account number[protected] this tuesday (17th march) and customer service is really horrible. First problem is - i can't reach customer service, second problem is i get a call from them when i send an email asking if the problem is resolved and when i say it is not resolved they promise action and nothing happens.
Finally this was resolved a few days ago and unfortunately the resolution was only temporary. Within a few days o[censored]sage, the owner of the building where act has put the box (Fiber to lan box) has cut all the lan cables and my connection is disconnected for last 4-5 days. This is really frustrating and i dont know why i am sticking behind act despite all the poor customer service. Kindly look into this and fix this asap as in covid situation work from home is becoming difficult due to inconsistency in internet connectivity.
