[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Customer support fooling customers | |||||
I have been contacting ACT Fibernet for my Internet Service Provide -Username/Password, they promised to get back to me in 24 hours but they did not contact me even after 24 hours. I again called them and the customer support executive promised to get back in 1 hour this time also I did not get a call back. This has caused extreme inconvenience as I had to wait for more than 15 minutes to register the complaint through customer service and had to pay call charges for the 15 minutes long call. Moreover I have been waiting for them to call, without going outside my home affecting my office work and social life Was this information helpful? | |||||
