[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — delay in taking a proper action and in establishing connection to the new location | |||
My customer id[protected] and request was raised to shift the connection to new location. The connection to new registered location was not rendered and was forced to suspend the service by the retention team leaving out a lame reason that connection feasibility is not available in the prescribed address whereas the closed ticket subject says "INTERNET NOT REQUIRED AT NEW LOCATION" I wonder feasibility intermittent problem and internet not required (this is like stated by customer but the problem is with network provider)are one and the same. it was very frustrating in dealing with customer care assistants as they delay the service as late as possible and closed the request my request without any intimation. For the last 20 days(Request was raised on 1st of JULY) I've been calling on a regular basis and requesting them to establish a connection to new address And also there is huge confusion in the address provide by me(it is Ekkatuthanghal, gandhi nagar extension, chennai) but the address which they are handling for my request is different(Adampakkam, chennai) i don't even have clue why they address the problem for this(Adampakkam) location instead of ekkatuthanghal. The customer care service is very awful, the loss in service for last 20 days was not at all taken serious by any of the customer representative. The Retention department is also irrreponsible instead of considering my problem and escalating it, they insisted me to close the connection without taking proper action and left me with no choice but to close the network. But i was so sure not to give up and double checked with the sales executive who established connection earlier. He then told me that there is sure possibility for a connection in area where i have re located. So i Re opened my ticket again and asked for proper explanation and a connection with hel of this sales executive. i have been told by Retention team (Manimeghalai, chennai who addressed me twice but no definite solution was addressed till now) the connection will be made after checking the feasibility but to my frustration again it is still a delay. and this is my worst customer care experience with the network i have ever taken. such an irresponsible customer support. I demand a compenstaion for loss in service for 20 days and please provide a better solution in establishing network to the earliest or please stop the service permanently with a valid justification and refund back my money for which i have made payment for 6 months.
