ACT Fibernet — Denial of refund after disconnection of service. | |||
I am a subscriber to broadband connection of ACT FIBERNET Broadband Setvice. On 1st of December 2016, I have paid for six months. Now I am going out of country for good and wanted to disconnect service and asked for refund of my money balance. My account was disconnected on 24th December 2016 but I was told that money once paid cannot be refunded. They are refusing to pay and bluntly denying my request. Was this information helpful? | |||
