I have been speaking to ACT customer care and have informed them multiple times that we wish to terminate our connection since we have received poor service (also can be verified by our complaint logs and executives who have visited the location). Account number is[protected]. It is next to impossible to ever manage to speak to any customer care executive on their helpline numbers. We will not be giving any further notice to ACT.
