I have paid for a new installation on 3/6/2019.. And I was told I will get a connection the next day, till today nobody has called or visited the residence for connection, I am in urgent need of the connection, and I was given wrong information that I will get the connection the very next day... If this is the case, kindly give me a compensation and return back my money. person Venkat subbiah([protected]) has taken the payment.Please react to this message on urgent basis as I will atleast get a connection from other broadbands. I raised a request to downgrade my plan, it is 1 month and they have forced me to pay the same ampunt this month. Unable to connect with Customer care services. Bad service.!!. They have closed the request even without resolving it. There are 2 numbers for customer service and I have not been Able to reach them for last 2 days.

I hv paid for new connection on 28.5.2019 and they assured that connection will be given in 3 days. Although 10 days over they have not installed the connection. There was no response from the to our numerous calls we are not interested in their service. I request you to help us get our money refund.
