[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — downgrade the plan

Hello, It is been more than three days I am trying to get connected with ACT broadband customer care Bangalore, but it is in vain. All the numbers are showing "No representatives are available" Everytime. I have tried with Nodal officer's number also it is showing engage Everytime.
