[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — every 2 days internet is disconnect. | |||||
Manytimes I have to work from home and I need uninterrupted Internet service. Every 2 days there is issue like"Ethernet doesn't have a vaid IP configuration " They dont pick up my calls at a call center. Why? Everytime. Once you solved this issue should not be getting again and again. You fixed 4 to 5 boxes and even more in our building from which you supply connections to 50 to 100 other houses and you don't even pay any amount as you promised while fixing the connection.
