Ref no: [protected] I have raised a ticket to disconnect connection. But now i got a mail saying if plan is monthly i will not get my amount refunded. What is this? Are you guys stealing money from me??? This is plain cheating and fraud. I have hardly used 5 days this month. I have disconnected connection because your team is incapable of providing the service.
