[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — frequent disconnection and unacceptable customer support | |||
Hi, Clearly there should be action taken against act fibernet. This is my 5th month in the new location at benson town and this is my 6th disconnection. I've subscribed for a 6 months payment and now i have to try and chase people to support. If you can't provide service then you should shut shop. Why do you provide a customer support number which one can never reach. One has to wait on for 12 mins before the call gets disconnected. This is not a one time affair, this is frustrating. You have taken the money to provide internet connection and you should have the minimum courtesy to inform your customer in the event of a failure. You lack professionalism.
