ACT Fibernet — harassment regarding bill payment

It is registered under the company 'nest away', and i used to stay in a pg provided by the same company till nov, 18. However, since march i've been getting continuous calls and messages from the act customer care executives regarding bill payment for the month of feb 2019, even after explaining numerous times that i have not been using their services since i don't stay there, they need to contact appropriate customer regarding the same, the customer care executives are not taking any action, and i am receiving 10 calls on a daily basis, also threatening to take legal action against me.

Please help me from this harassment

Still the Harassment is on, getting calls on daily basis to make the payment. Please stop this non sense and contact the number to which the connection was provided i.e 'Nestaway'. The customer executives should take their job seriously because even after explaining them the situation numerous times they are still asking the same details. Pathetic!!
