[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — haven't received user id and password after full payment 15 days ago | |||
My act user id[protected] has been paid for 6 months on 21/02/2019 by an amount of 7000₹. It has been 15 days and my installation hasn't been completed yet. I haven't got my username and password by email or sms which is ridiculous, despite router being installed. All the service man act like they are not bothered and behave rudely by shouting at us when we try to ask questions. Every single person from mr. Praneeth kumar who sold us act fibernet to the office in banjara hills, everybody reply that they can't do anything and behave as though none of it is their concern. I plan to go to the police station and complain since such companies only want to take customers for a ride and are least bothered about improving their service or atleast even talk to them.
