[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — internet down since two weeks | |||
My internet is down since two weeks. I have opened an sr. They fix it temporarliy which will work for 15mins and gets disconnected and they will close the sr. I reopen the sr and the cycle continues, this has been happening since two weeks. I requested compensation for 2weeks down time (Still down), they gave 180rs, for the monthly bill i pay, i am supposed to get 600rs. 1) they don't fix the issue. 2) they don't give the compensation for down time. 3) now when i try to disconnect, i can't even reach the customer care number, after kept on hold for 15-20mins, since i'm in the queue 30+ members waiting time., i get disconnected when my turn comes up.
