[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — internet issue does not resolved even it crosses the threshold | |||||
I have given a complaint on 19 apr 2018 morning 8:30 for internet connectavity. Customer care people told that it will get resolve in 18 hours which is maximum threshould. I did call to customer care again aroung 9 am on 20 apr but, they are saying that they have raised a case to technical department and they will resolve asap. When i ask them the eta they said like asap. So i don't have other option except waiting for the technician. I have called customer care again at 2:55 pm on the same day. Again, those are saing that they bumped the sevirioty of the case and the technician will come asap. Still they don't have any idea on the technician's visit and resolution of the incident.
