It’s been a week since a ticket was raised for no internet connectivity (Region -Srinagar, Bangalore South; Ticket ref - SR[protected]. There is no proper response on when it will be resolved. The customer care is never reachable and always busy!
I have suffered in my work life due to this. There was an emergency and I had to do a work from home for a week as I was advised not to travel. This issue has resulted in me not fulfilling my work responsibilities leading to productivity loss.
I wish to take a legal procedure against the company.
