[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — new installation issue | |||
I have paid the amount for six months i. E3680, i had been promised that it will be done in 48 hrs. By today it completed 10 days and the service person who made false promise is not picking up the call. I have been following up with customer care, which is useless and the will ask for 24 hrs time, in which they won't do nothing. I have asked for refund and didn't any status regarding that.
