[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — no activation done. | |||
Hi, My name is nikhil muthazhahan. My mobile number is [protected]. I registered for a new act connection on 2nd august, and all the wiring has been done. Activation has been pending for 6 days now. I've been actively following up everyday with act support. 5 different support people said it'd be done in the next few hours, but nothing has been done. Please look into this, because i'm thinking of just getting a refund and switching providers. Activation of a connection shouldn't be such a issue, but this severe lack of response is purely unacceptable I support again today and they said they'd call back giving an update. Clearly, false promises again. I haven't received any call back yet, nor has my internet connection been activated. Was this information helpful? | |||
