[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — no connection after making payment

Booked for a connection 5days back. 1st they said 24hrs to provide the new connection. After 24hrs customer care lady said the issue will get resolved in next 24hrs. Called them after 2days again they said this issue will get resolved in next 24hrs. Still waiting for connection and the sales agent srinivas who took money for new connection is not even answering the calls after payment
