[Resolved] Beam Telecom / Act — no internet after paying money.

I stay near doddanekundi, bangalore. I have opted for act 650/- subscription and have paid 1300/- including the installation charges.
The company has taken all our details but it has been 2 weeks and they are not providing internet to us. They did not install any device and customer care and [protected] person is asking for extra money. Also, this person [protected] who came to our apartment and took all the details is now disconnecting our calls.
Please help us get our money back or get the internet connection live.
Act numbers: [protected]/[protected] (These people are ignoring use).
Please blacklist them from providing service as they do not have decency.
