[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — not given option to select different plan | |||
Hi this is bhupesh from hyderabad. There are multiple complaints. But not resolving fully and complaint closing without confirmation. 1. Act broadband using power connection for their module from my flat. As discussed it was rs. 150 power subsidy, but only provided 100. 2. Not given option to select different plan other than existing plan while renewal. 3. They are not providing prior intimation while renewing my connection and connection expire date. Now i get disconnected ACT fibernet. customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
