[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Ownership change in my account | |||||
I am using act broadband connection and write now connection with my wife name and i requested to change wife name to my name For that i called to customer care and they told me that it will charge 600 rs/- and taking 7 working days to reflect the changes so it's basically new connection only. Due to covid ... branches are not open so i am unable to change my name

i requested to change ownership name, 8days over and daily am followup with customercare but they are talking rude not resolved my issue till now, everyday they are saying give us for 24hour, our technician will contact you or update the the ticket, very unhappy with their services.
Please take serious action on this request.
