ACT Fibernet — paid 6month new connection for rs8202 even after 27 days no connection and no refund | |
Dear act, I booked act 100mbps on 27th october user id :[protected]. Through your website on the same day sales person mohan come and collected rs 8202 by cash and assured me within 4 days connection is given. After 4 days no one come or contacted me. I called sales person he never picked the call. I called customer care they now saying no fesibility is there in your area. So i asked for refund. They assure me you will get mail asking ur bank details within two days after which it takes 12 days to refund. I never get that mail. I called cust care for more than 16 times they all like a tape telling same story again & again. I raised tickets many times ticket no: [protected], [protected]... They all are closed without resolving. At first i am very happy when i'm booked now i feel very disappointed & lost trust in act. It's been 27 days i still don't get my refund.
