ACT Fibernet — payment gateway error - not resolved more than 10 days | |||||
I have account act fibernet in coimbatore. I have paid my monthly subscription payment via act app, through amazon pay payment gateway. Unfortunately payment is not updated on my account and account is suspended. Further i have generate ticket with act and each time its getting closed without any prior update. My ticket no as follows Sr[protected] Sr[protected] Sr[protected] Sr[protected] Sr[protected] Sr[protected] This is happen in 10 days. Which means i made payment on dec 16th and now dec 26th. Still my account is suspended and i have not get any service. Moreover i need to pay for complete one month payment for next month for not getting service.
