ACT Fibernet — refund after discontinuation of services

I was using act broadband internet for more than 3 years. Their junction box was connected to my meter board and in my bill every month it used to reflect and then during buying my next years plan, they would reduce that amount from my bill. But this year i discontinued their services and the one year current bill of the junction box which is 60rs per month is not been credited to my account. They are refusing to provide a refund to my account and are offering credit note. This is totally unacceptable by me because i wont be going with their services in the foreseeable future. I have called them multiple times and on top of that the junction box is still connected to my meter board.
