ACT Fibernet — refund amount not credited

Hello,
I have initiated a request for a new connection on oct 27th 2019 by paying full amount through credit card by an agent of yours. He said it will be installed in 5 days max. But after complaining daily for 15 days it has not been installed till now. I have also raised the refund request on 2nd nov 2019. You ave mentioned in your refund policy that it will take maximum 15 days for refund. Still after 22 days the amount has not been refunded. I am contacting your poor customer care for the past one month and daily the issue is getting escalated with the assurance that it will be solved within 48 hours. You really know the value of 48 hours. Really a pathetic service from your side. I need my refund amount as soon as possible.
