Have taken the act new connection for 1 year on march 8th 2020. Customer executive promised that the internet would be installed and activated in 2 days.
When it was not done, called the customer support on march 10th requesting the status of connection request they replied it would be done by end of the day. Act didn't install so called the customer support again next day their reply was installation would happen by end of the day. This saga continued for 2 more days and as i got fed up called up customer support to raise a refund request and give me the money back. They said they would process and i would get a call with details in 24-48hrs. It didn't happen, so called the nodal officer informing the same about refund request, the response was same that i would get a call in 24-48hrs. I didn't get any so called the customer support again asking the refund status, the support guys response was the amount would be credited back to the account from where the money was paid in 7-14 days. It's almost 12 days since this was told, i don't see money credited yet into account.
