I opted for a new connection on 22/1/2021.i paid a sum of Rs.1968/- thru my credit card.On receiving my card statement i find i have been debited for the same amount twice paid to PAYTM.I am trying to resolve the issue but the staff at ACT are good at passing the buck and say only 1 amount has come to them.I have called i have sent email with card details but as is usual send a whatsapp message use this and that and no direct reply.i want my mobey back that is all.
