[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — refund of money after disconnection | |||||
We have asked for disconnection of services of act fibernet since we have to get transfer to bangalore from hyderabad and customer care people have mentioned us to take new connection in bangalore and they will refund the money back. It is been 2 months we have not recieved any update from customer care even after continous follow-ups. Is it possible to go consumer court for the above problem? I paid for my internet for 6months and they told I will receive my password in 1 hr and now it's been 3 hrs and no password is sent to my phone. Still I am unable to use internet for which I already paid.
