[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — refund related complaint - [protected]

Act team has been stalling my refund of 3000 rupees and it has been due for a month now. After a 50 min customer care call they gave me an email id to send my account details but the email id given by act representative is wrong and the email bounced back.

My registered mobile number with act is [protected] and i would be extremely grateful if someone could look into this and help me out.
