[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Shifting of connection | |||||
I called the act beam to shift my connection on 1st may 2017 after 3 days one guy came and taken my id proof and told me that we will connect in 4 days. After 2 days two guys came and left without saying anything about connection when i called them they told me its going to take more time to connect to net and hung up when i am about to say something. Its been almost 8 days from the date of complaint still no response. Worst network they don't care about exisisting costumers they care only about new customers Was this information helpful? | |||||
